Irys (IRYS) ripped 266.21% higher in 24 hours and turned the rest of the market into background extras. The token launched from 0.0204 dollars overnight to 0.2959, then settled at 0.0755 — a level still five times higher than the previous day. Daily turnover of 1.24 billion dollars now exceeds the project’s entire market capitalisation, an event rarer than a solar eclipse on a Sunday.
The chart reads like a coming-of-age film shot in fast forward. The lowest print came on October 18 at 0.0117 dollars; six days later the token touched 0.2959. That is a 2,400% run inside a week — yesterday’s cheap seat in the back row became tonight’s derby ticket. The catch is written in the same chart: from that 0.2959 peak the price has already retreated 74%. Gravity is not a rumour.
Irys builds a permanent, programmable data layer for blockchains — the plumbing nobody photographs and everybody depends on. Circulation stands at two billion tokens against a ten billion total supply, which leaves plenty of room for future dilution, a detail that tends to get skipped during the fireworks.
Akedo (AKE): quiet thunder from the middle of the table
While the crowd watched the Irys display, Akedo added 23.86% to reach 0.0389 dollars. A market cap of 885.8 million dollars puts it at number 81 on the leaderboard, and 46.4 million dollars of volume says this was not one order and one morning. The 24-hour range ran from 0.0284 to 0.0400 — a 40% band wide enough to send weaker nerves looking for medication.
Akedo sits 73.5% below its September 20 record of 0.1467 dollars, which places it in the category of contender returning to its feet rather than corpse twitching on the canvas. From the July low of 0.000174 dollars the token is up 22,221%, a number that looks like a typo and is not.
Axis Robotics (AXIS): a robot knocking on the record door
Third on the list is Axis Robotics, up 15.12% to 0.3435 dollars. The striking detail is the ratio: 247.3 million dollars of turnover against 56.7 million of market cap. When volume runs four times the size of the entire asset, either institutions are on the field, or a very organised crew, or both. The token hit an all-time high of 0.3524 on October 21 and now trades just 2.51% beneath it — close enough that any serious bid opens a headline.
The session ranged from 0.2500 to 0.3065 and closed above the upper edge. Robotics engineers would call that calibration. Traders call it a breakout. With 165 million tokens circulating out of a one billion maximum, the price stays sensitive to any large order in either direction.
Context: a market ignoring the euphoria
Bitcoin stalled at 81,098 dollars, down 0.28% inside a 80,548 to 81,939 band. Ethereum followed the same script at 2,384.31 dollars, minus 0.09%. The two biggest names in crypto played supporting roles in a film headlined by assets worth less than a billion dollars. Money is not flowing from the top down here; it is circulating through whichever room has the loudest party.
What unites days like this is that the biggest gains never arrive quietly. A 266% single-day move is not an investment thesis, it is an event. And events have a habit of returning to the scene.
