The crypto market is breathing easier today. Total market capitalization rose nearly one percent to $2.28 trillion, with most major cryptocurrencies in the green. After several days of pressure, the bulls have finally awakened.
Bitcoin recovered from its daily low of $62,785 and is currently trading at $64,385, up 1.6 percent in the last 24 hours. Ethereum follows at $1,910 (+1.9 percent), while Solana sits at $73.76 (+1.2 percent).
Who’s winning today?
Cardano leads among the top 10 cryptocurrencies with a 4.4 percent gain to $0.163 — its best single-day performance in two weeks. Uniswap is even more impressive at +6.8 percent to $4.02, likely boosted by increased volume and DEX activity. Ondo is also up 4.4 percent, signaling renewed interest in RWA (real-world asset) tokenization.
XRP rose 2.8 percent to $1.08, Shiba Inu gained 2.7 percent, while Bittensor posted a solid +3.2 percent to $193.50.
Who’s still bleeding?
NEAR Protocol is the biggest loser among the top 50, dropping 5 percent to $1.59. Toncoin (Gram) loses 3.1 percent to $1.40, while Litecoin falls 2.5 percent to $45.25. Zcash is down 1.6 percent at $458.
Bitcoin dominance remains high at 56.64 percent, suggesting this is more of a BTC-led recovery than an altseason. Daily trading volume dropped 3.45 percent to $63.6 billion — the bulls are back, but still cautious.
What’s happening?
Today’s recovery follows BTC testing the $62,000 level and bouncing higher, which technical traders interpret as a higher-low formation. ETH managed to break through the psychological $1,900 barrier after days of struggling below it.
While there’s no single catalyst, a combination of favorable macroeconomic signals and renewed institutional interest through spot ETFs is creating a positive atmosphere. The one thing missing is higher volume — without it, bears could quickly strike back.
Quick look at today’s winners and losers
Today’s biggest winners come from more exotic territory — Orochi Network surged 84 percent, and Audiera crossed the billion-dollar market cap mark. On the flip side, Lorenzo Protocol crashed 35 percent after hitting an all-time high, while KAITO continues its downward trend.
