Bitway (BTW) jumped 45.7% to $1.75 in 24 hours and took the top spot among daily gainers on a day when bitcoin barely moved. Haedal Protocol followed at +39.4% and Anoma at +28.4% — three tokens with almost nothing in common except that the market decided to look at them.
The broader picture is no spectacle. Bitcoin sits at $80,814 with a gain of 0.99%, ethereum added 1.19% to $2,348, and liquidity is bunched into a handful of stories. When the largest asset refuses to move, capital hunts for places where something is happening. On this Wednesday those places were Sui liquid staking, a privacy layer built on intents, and a token attached to an “Earn” product.
Bitway (BTW) — +45.7%
What is Bitway?
BTW is the utility and governance token of the Bitway ecosystem, a project that built an “Earn” product around itself — a place where users park capital and collect yield, with the token acting as both entry ticket and voting voice in decisions about the roadmap. It sounds like one more vanilla-flavoured yogurt in a shelf full of yogurt, except the numbers disagree: a $2.63 billion market cap and 41st place on the global ranking mean this is no longer a micro-cap experiment funded by a hundred euros and hope. The token also trades on Solana, where the BTW/USDC pair carries respectable depth.
Why is it rising?
Two reasons, both straight from the beginner’s manual. The first is liquidity: $16.4 million of turnover against a $2.6 billion valuation means a comparatively thin order book, and a thin book behaves like a shopping cart with a broken wheel — a small push is enough to set it rolling. The second is supply structure: 1.51 billion tokens circulate out of 10 billion, so every fresh detail about yield and the Earn product gets bought not as present value but as a future paid in instalments.
The price travelled from $1.15 to $1.82 inside a single session, a range that would raise the pulse of anyone who has been in this market longer than a week. A return to the all-time high of $2.77 still requires another 58% — arithmetically close, psychologically distant, especially in a year where “close” is the most dangerous word in the crypto dictionary.
Financial data: price $1.75 · 24h +45.67% · MCap $2.63B · 24h volume $16.39M · Circulating supply 1.51B BTW (of 10B) · ATH $2.77 (−36.8%) · ATL $0.00912 (+19,066%)
Haedal Protocol (HAEDAL) — +39.4%
What is Haedal?
Haedal is a liquid staking protocol on Sui. Rather than letting SUI tokens sit locked and gather dust while the network works, users receive a derivative (haSUI) that keeps circulating through DeFi — lending, collateralising, trading. It is the same trick Lido pulled on Ethereum, relocated into an ecosystem that prizes speed and low fees. Haedal layers its own strategy vaults on top of staking, so the pitch is not merely “yield” but “yield plus additional yield”, a formula that always finds an audience.
Why is it rising?
One look at volume answers the question: $82.2 million of turnover against a market cap of just $5.79 million. That ratio is rarely seen — roughly sixteen times the daily turnover of the entire float. In plain terms, the token was a playground for traders today, not a warehouse for investors. Days like this usually have a trigger: an announcement, an integration, an incentive campaign or news of expansion across Sui DeFi.
Context matters. Haedal trades 90% below its all-time high of $0.30, and a $5.8 million market cap means serious capital can neither enter nor exit without moving the price. When such a token wakes up, the move looks like a launch; the same mechanism works in reverse, and everyone stays clever until the music stops — the closing scene of a film this market has already screened several times.
Financial data: price $0.0297 · 24h +39.45% · MCap $5.79M · 24h volume $82.17M · Circulating supply 195M HAEDAL (of 1B) · ATH $0.3003 (−90.1%) · ATL $0.01410 (+110.7%)
Anoma (XAN) — +28.4%
What is Anoma?
Anoma is an architecture built around intents rather than transactions. Instead of assembling the steps manually — choose a chain, choose a protocol, sign, pay a fee, repeat three times — a user states the desired outcome and the network searches for a path to it. A privacy layer comes with the package: what ought to be public stays public, what ought not to be stays hidden. In a market where any analyst can trace a wallet to its last cent, that is a product with an obvious reason to exist.
Why is it rising?
Anoma trades 96% below its all-time high of $0.2727, and a $27.3 million valuation places it in the “small but with a story” bracket. Tokens in that bracket react hardest to any hint of an integration or network upgrade, because they carry no ballast of institutional positions anchoring the price. Daily volume of $8.9 million confirms speculative interest rather than structural accumulation.
The pattern of the day is instructive too: XAN touched its low of $0.00756 early, then climbed to $0.00989. A textbook V-shape — someone sold in panic, someone else bought that panic and said thank you. In crypto this exchange of courtesies repeats every few weeks.
Financial data: price $0.01011 · 24h +28.41% · MCap $27.27M · 24h volume $8.93M · Circulating supply 2.69B XAN (of 10B) · ATH $0.2728 (−96.3%) · ATL $0.005974 (+69.2%)
What this says about the market
A day with three double-digit gainers and a motionless bitcoin is not a day of strength — it is a day of rotation. Capital is not entering the market; it is moving inside it, out of large positions and into small stories, with the leverage that thin liquidity provides. The winners of such days are rarely the highest-quality projects; more often they are the projects with the least resistance. Which leaves one question worth asking: would these prices survive a week in which bitcoin decides to fall three percent?
Disclaimer: Not investment advice. The crypto market is volatile, and double-digit percentages in 24 hours work in both directions — falling as fast as they climb.
